So you don't have to worry about missing something of the game content, because the gameplay won't force you to make decisions that lead into different story paths. many games do it that way, but in my opinion this doesn't work really well ... therefore i focus on a main story instead of putting the player under pressure with a poor illusion of freedom of choice that turn "save'n'load" to a part of the gameplay. so like in classic adventure games you have to do things and solve problems in order to progress in the story. it will be like in real life, sometimes you have to do work, sometimes you have to solve problems and sometimes adult stuff are playing a role. but don't get me wrong, interpersonal relationships are a tricky thing in real life and that's how it will be in the game as well. so you better don't expect something unrealistic out of the blue ...

Some characters will be easier/harder to "crack" and some relationships will be a slow-burn romance (or corruption) while others will be a quick passionate affair (or rejection).
It's up to you to get the required results by figuring out what characters like or don't like and making the right choices to get there.

The year is almost over and Christmas is about to happen. And so the Wild Life team has prepared a little present for you. A quick explanation of the setup: You start on a little area under a purple evening sky, a desk with christmas decorations is to your right, with a menu board for some settings, and a huge present is in front of you. You can use your motion controllers to open the "wrap" manually, or press the button on the menu, that will uncover the present. We really hope you enjoy this humble gift and let us know if you are interested in us diving deeper and making more development in the field of VR.

Everyone Christmas Build
We have read all your comments and we are very sorry to have disappointed so many of you, that was definitely not our intention.
So we have been thinking about how we can make something for everyone.
We decided to release/prepare another presentation build on christmas eve of our new character "Aoi". It is a very simple build but very similar to the VR one.
This build revolves entirely around our new character, its basically a simple presentation build. And it's for all of you, so we decided to release this build completely public and fully censor free.
We hope that this will satisfy those of you who got left behind with a bitter taste and contribute to a nice christmas time after all. Little snippet from the attached readme file to make sure most of you read it: Almost all controls are as you know them from the previous builds (as its based on that data). With only one execption: The B key now doesnt change character mesh. Instead it toggles vr mode on or off. During VR mode you can pretty much see the game through your VR headset, but have keyboard and mouse controls active as always (NO Motion Controls). Allowing you to modify camera positions with your known and hated Shift/Ctrl/Alt + Wheel or simply by adjusting your VR set (if it allows for that). If you dont have any VR thing, no problem, just do it all as normal. Even if you dont have any VR capabilities we hope youll still enjoy this hubmle build. Also, please be aware that the recent VR build was only a small gimmick/test of what we could do with the technology and how it would look like. Wild Life is not intended to be a VR game and wont be in the future!
If we continue to explore the realm of VR, it would be in a dedicated project.

There will lots of female characters (primary characters and supporting characters) to seduce / romance / reject / be rejected by (Remember: You can always reload) There will be some minor / major plot storylines with a primary focus on conversation based choices & action based choices. Some characters will be easier/harder to "crack" and some relationships will be a slow-burn romance (or corruption) while others will be a quick passionate affair (or rejection). It's up to you to get the required results by figuring out what characters like or don't like and making the right choices to get there. A quick explanation of the setup: You start on a little area under a purple evening sky, a desk with christmas decorations is to your right, with a menu board for some settings, and a huge present is in front of you. You can use your motion controllers to open the "wrap" manually, or press the button on the menu, that will uncover the present. So we have been thinking about how we can make something for everyone. We decided to release/prepare another presentation build on christmas eve of our new character "Aoi". It is a very simple build but very similar to the VR one. This build revolves entirely around our new character, its basically a simple presentation build. And it's for all of you, so we decided to release this build completely public and fully censor free. We hope that this will satisfy those of you who got left behind with a bitter taste and contribute to a nice christmas time after all. Little snippet from the attached readme file to make sure most of you read it: Almost all controls are as you know them from the previous builds (as its based on that data). With only one execption: The B key now doesnt change character mesh. Instead it toggles vr mode on or off. During VR mode you can pretty much see the game through your VR headset, but have keyboard and mouse controls active as always (NO Motion Controls). Allowing you to modify camera positions with your known and hated Shift/Ctrl/Alt + Wheel or simply by adjusting your VR set (if it allows for that). If you dont have any VR thing, no problem, just do it all as normal. Even if you dont have any VR capabilities we hope youll still enjoy this hubmle build. Also, please be aware that the recent VR build was only a small gimmick/test of what we could do with the technology and how it would look like. Wild Life is not intended to be a VR game and wont be in the future! If we continue to explore the realm of VR, it would be in a dedicated project.
